For the past several months, we have been doing a lot of work helping small businesses understand what AI tools are available, which ones are worth paying attention to, and how to start using them without overcomplicating things.

That work has made one thing clear: the biggest barrier is not access to the tools. It is knowing what to do with them once you have them.

Most AI tools are easy to sign up for. They are harder to use well, especially in the context of a real business with real workflows and real staff who have limited time to figure things out on their own.

That is why we are now offering AI Readiness Training specifically for small business teams in Northeast Indiana.

What it is.

AI Readiness Training is a hands-on workshop (half-day or full-day, in person or virtual) where we come to your team and walk them through the tools that matter right now. Claude, ChatGPT, Meta Muse, and others. We cover what each tool does well, how to get useful output from them, where they fall short, and how to build habits your staff will actually keep.

Sessions are tailored to your industry and your team's starting point. A five-person retail business has different needs than a ten-person professional services firm. We do not run the same deck for everyone.

What participants leave with.

By the end of a session, your team will know which tools are worth their time, how to use them for the tasks that eat the most hours in their week, and what to watch out for from a privacy and quality standpoint. They will have tried the tools live, asked real questions, and made a plan for what to do next.

That is different from watching a YouTube tutorial or sitting through a vendor webinar. It is training built around your business, not around someone else's product.

We also offer an audit.
